Embark on a transformative journey in our five-week online course, where we harness the power of reminiscence and re-framing themes to reflect upon our lives and capture invaluable insights. Join our engaging 2-hour Zoom sessions, where you actively participate in thought-provoking exercises. We will meet weekly on Thursdays from 4/3 - 5/1 at 10 - 12:00 MST (9 Pacific, 11 Central, and 12 Eastern).
Share the essence of your reflections with the group as you read your two-page narrative, receiving supportive feedback in a nurturing environment. Immerse yourself in the diverse stories of fellow participants, offering encouragement and feedback. Each class concludes with a sneak peek into the upcoming week's theme and writing prompts, ensuring you're prepared for the enriching chapters that lie ahead. Join us in this collaborative exploration of life's meaningful narratives.
Class goals
The primary goal of the guided autobiography class is to empower participants to explore and understand their life stories in a deeper and more meaningful way. By engaging in structured writing exercises, open sharing, and active listening, individuals gain insights into their past experiences and personal growth. The class aims to foster a sense of community and empathy among participants, encouraging self-discovery and empowerment through the art of storytelling.

With a profound understanding of the healing power of storytelling, she expertly guides individuals to reflect, write, share, and preserve their personal narratives, tapping into their intuition and inner wisdom.
With a degree in Culture, Creation, and Production from Sapir College, Israel, Odelia possesses a diverse background that enriches her writing and teaching approach. To bring authenticity to her career, she has taken a bold step and launched a successful writing coach business to provide aspiring authors a safe platform to bring their stories to the world.
