Your Life, Your Story
|
|
Pat Flathouse, with the help of Catherine Cogburn and Susan Albert, has just completed Your Life, Your Story. The book is a version of the workbook used in the acclaimed OWL-Circle Memoir Workshop program, but designed to be used by individuals, rather than groups. Pat will be field-testing the book with OWL-Circle groups over the next two months. When the field-testing is complete, the book will be available on the OWL-Circle website.

Wise Words on Aging
"Through our actions, we will create a new image of age--free and joyous, living with pain, saying what we really think and feel at last--knowing more than we ever knew we knew, not afraid of what anyone thinks of us anymore, moving with wonder into that unknown future we have helped shape for the generations coming after us."
~Betty Friedan~
