Request Form

NOTE: To have your information posted on the Members' Services web page, you must:
  • be a dues-paying member of the Story Circle Network. To join, go here
  • pay the $15 annual fee
  • advertise something related to reading/writing/storytelling
  • give us a blurb about your business, referring folks to your website (or email address, or phone#)
  • only ask for factual changes to your information within the year (i.e. this isn't for advertising a specific event/date/workshop)

To submit your request, indicate the service you want to have posted and press the "Add to Cart" button. You will see payment details (including payment by check) when you check out.

Tell us about your reading/writing/storytelling business.
If you have a small logo, please give us its web address (url) or email it to us.

You can pay online (electronic funds transfer or credit card) or by check. Payment information can be found on the next page, after you submit the form.
