Make a Gift or Pledge to the

We need your help to do our work. Members' dues and members' and non-members' gifts to the Story Circle Network are used to support its many programs, including our website (at www.storycircle.org), our quarterly Story Circle Journal, monthly email newsletters, an Internet Chapter, a national memoir conference, scholarships and reduced tuition for our programs, and free memberships for low-income and incarcerated women.

To make a gift or a pledge to Story Circle, please fill out the form below and press the "Make a Gift/Pledge" button. If you are paying by credit card, you will immediately receive an acknowledgement for your tax records. If you are pledging to pay by check, we'll send you a reminder, and when your check arrives, we'll send an acknowledgement.

Ways you can contribute to SCN:

Annual Fund. The Board accepts your gifts and donations to the SCN Annual Fund to further the organization's mission.
Memorial Fund. This fund was established as a living memorial to the lives of deceased members of Story Circle Network, and is designed to support and further the organization's unique mission: to help all women tell the stories of their lives. "Our mothers and grandmothers had important stories to tell," says SCN founder and former Board president Susan Wittig Albert, "but sometimes they did not have the opportunity to do so. Now, family members and friends who would like to make a contribution in remembrance of their mother's or grandmother's personal story will have an opportunity to do so—and to know that their memorial contribution will go to further SCN's efforts to help every woman tell her story."
Sugar Bowl. SCN's Sugar Bowl is the place where we keep gifts especially given to help women participate in SCN. Currently, Sugar Bowl funds are used to support annual memberships for women in prison.

The Story Circle Network is a 501(c)(3) educational organization, chartered as a not-for-profit corporation in the State of Texas. Your gifts and membership dues are tax-deductible.
