Teresa (Terry) Schreiber Werth is a writer and woman of faith who has found ministry in every aspect of her adult life. Her roles include friend, daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Her 35-year career as a freelance writer and communications specialist provided expertise in public relations, education and healthcare. Her avocation as a funeral and wedding celebrant, as well as volunteer activities in hospice, American Red Cross and Reach Out Radio have enriched her full and blessed life by enabling her to give back to her community. She has extensive experience in public speaking, giving her the poise and passion to convey her beliefs and experiences with gentleness, humor and down-to-earth stories.

Terry is especially interested in sharing her recent experience of being diagnosed with stage 3 triple negative breast cancer. She has written a body of work including prose and poetry, chronicling her diagnosis, treatment and life since with a current status of N.E.D. (no evidence of disease). Her book, Pink-On-Pink: Writing My Way Through Breast Cancer will be published in 2011. It is designed to inspire other s who have been diagnosed, their family and friends and to serve as a template, encouraging others to document their breast cancer journey. Her message is one of hope and optimism even in the face of this pernicious disease.

Full and half-day workshops provide a larger format to share any of the topics she is asked to present. She likes to use music, poetry, small group sharing, and active participation to ensure that the program engages people at human and spiritual levels. The affirmation and celebration of womanhood is also one of her favorite themes. She prefers to work closely with event planners to customize each presentation to the meet the needs and goals of each group.
