Checkin: Registration office (see map below). Our dorm is the Flato/Wynn Lodge.
Phones: There are no phones in the rooms (no radio/TV, either!). There is a phone for your use in the lobby of the building we'll be using, and another in the main building. The ranch staff tells us that cell phones do not work in the area, because it is out of range of the transmitting towers.
For emergencies, please give these numbers to friends/family: 800-460-4401 or 830-238-4455. Both #s are answered at night by an answering service. Follow the prompt for the Front Desk (Reservation); they are able to ring the rooms.
