Driving Directions to Mo-Ranch:

From Houston (295 miles): West on 1-10 to San Antonio. See “From San Antonio” below”

From San Antonio (90 miles): West on IH-10 to Kerrville to State Hwy 16 (exit 508) and take SH 16 into town; turn right at the Courthouse on State Hwy 27 to Ingram; take State Hwy 39 from Ingram to Hunt. Turn in Hunt on FR 1340 for 11 miles.

You can avoid going through Kerrville by taking exit 505. Exit 505 is the Harper Road exit into Kerrville. When you take exit 505, to Harper Road, make a right and go back over IH-10. You will be on Harper Road for about 6 miles. You will come to Hwy 27 (Junction Hwy.) at the second light on Harper Road. Take a right on Hwy 27 to Ingram; at Ingram go left on State Hwy 39 to Hunt; at Hunt, turn right on FM 1340 for 11 miles and see lovely Mo-Ranch on your right.

You can avoid Kerrville, Ingram and Hunt by staying on IH-10 to the Mountain Home/Rocksprings exit (exit 490). This will put you on State Hwy 41. Go approximately 16.5 miles to FM 1340, turn left, and Mo-Ranch is 11 miles on your left.

From Dallas/Fort Worth (325 miles): South on US 281 to Johnson City; take US 290 to Fredericksburg heading south on State Hwy 16 to Kerrville; turn right on State Hwy 27 to Ingram; take State Hwy 39 from Ingram to Hunt, turning at Hunt on FM 1340 to Mo-Ranch (11 miles).

From El Paso (530 miles): East on 1H-10 to Junction; US 83 south to State Hwy 41; left on State Hwy 41 to FM 1340; right on FM 1340 to Mo-Ranch (11 miles).

From Austin (130 miles): West on US 290 through Johnson City to Fredericksburg: take State Hwy 16 into Kerrville turning right at Courthouse onto State Hwy 27 to Ingram; take State Hwy 39 from Ingram to Hunt, turning right at Hunt onto FM 1340 to Mo-Ranch (11 miles).

Note: Watch for the FM 1340 turnoff in Hunt. You turn on FM 1340 six miles west of Ingram and after the second low water crossing. If you pass The Hunt Store and the Post Office, you’ve gone a block too far! From this turn off, it’s a beautiful, winding 11 miles to Mo-Ranch. Please remember the wildlife, be alert for deer, etc., and enjoy the view.
