How much does it cost?

$400 for SCN members; $435 for non-members (includes a 1-year membership). The fee includes two nights in a triple-occupancy room and five meals. For a single-occupancy room, the rate is $25/night higher.

Participants have the option of an on-your-own Sunday night stayover. Triple-occupancy rate for this extra night is $62; single-occupancy rate is $87.

You can pay online (electronic funds transfer or credit card) or by check. Payment information can be found on the next page, after you submit the form.

If you cannot pay the entire fee at the time of registration, you may take advantage of our installment plan: 1/3 @ time of registration, 2/3 by 12/15, balance by 1/15:

  • Member installment plan: $140 @ registration, $130 by 12/15, $130 by 1/15;
  • Non-member installment plan: $145 @ registration, $145 by 12/15, $145 by 1/15

The Story Circle Board has approved a tuition subsidy called "Sisters Helping Sisters" for the LifeLines Writing Retreat. It is available to those who have paid their full registration fee (either in full at the time of their registration, or through the installment program). The subsidy will be paid by check when the awards are announced. If you are qualified for this assistance, we hope you will apply.

What is included in my registration fees?

Your registration includes:
  1. Five workshop sessions (Friday evening; Saturday morning, afternoon, and evening; Sunday morning)
  2. Meals: Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, & dinner; Sunday breakfast.
  3. Snacks/drinks during breaks
  4. Two nights stay in triple-occupancy accommodations (two twin beds in each room). Check-in time is 4pm on Friday; check-out time is noon on Sunday.

Refund Policy: Cancellations are accepted until February 1, 2011, and are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. After February 1, we will refund your money only if we are able to fill your place from our waiting list.
